Beaverton Accountemps is seeking a candidate to work with an up and coming company as an Accounts Receivable (A/R) Clerk in the Tualatin, Oregon area. In this position you will be posting, and reconciling batches, as well as researching and resolving customer A/R issues, preparing aging report, placing billing and collection calls, maintaining cash receipts journal, updating, and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L.. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will begin as a temporary employee with the opportunity for conversion into a full-time position. For immediate consideration, please email your resumes to Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk: ? Reconcile bank accounts, posting and balancing financial data in various ledgers ? Verify of documents and codes ? Process payments and compiling segments of monthly closings and annual reports ? Offer information to shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department and other stakeholders ? Identify delinquent customer accounts through various means, e.g. skip-tracing, written correspondence, phone contact, and making arrangements for payment ? Take care of payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP

Requirements
Skills/Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Clerk: ? 2+ years of relevant experience in receivable/accounts payable ? Bookkeeping experience preferred ? Strong analytical skills in basic accounts payable and accounting policy ? Detail oriented, accurate and able to multitask in a fast paced environment ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills ? Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

Role Description: As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for Wellsource's most important clients. This will include ongoing communication, creating interest in additional products, identifying possible marketing opportunities, and fostering long term relationships. It will be your responsibility to understand each client in depth, including every nuance of how our product is used, how their business works, and how we can better serve them. You will be expected to develop deep, positive relationships with all key stakeholders and decision makers by maintaining regular and frequent contact with them. Primary Responsibilities: * Ongoing client meetings and daily support * Identify new opportunities within current clients or referrals * Forecasting existing client revenue both growth and decreases * Understand the client's organizational chart and gain introductions to key personnel as needed * Manage and solve conflicts  * Identify marketing opportunities including case studies, joint press releases, and webinars * Assist our Client Services team with scheduling and facilitating upgrades * Ensure a successful implementation process during the on-boarding of new clients * Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other departments working on the same account to ensure continuity and excellent client experience * Perform other duties and projects as assigned Daily Tasks: * Client meetings * Strategy to grow our current book of business * Forecasting potential revenue * Client-related problem solving * Reporting client feedback for future product needs * Identifying upsell opportunities * Assist in client contracting for renewals * Assist in introduction to other parts of the organization (accounting, marketing etc.) The ideal candidate will need to be able to build positive relationships with key stakeholders and possess a healthy curiosity and interest learning about their clients' business. This position also requires the ability to react quickly if client concerns arise and think outside the box for solutions to their issues. This may mean identifying viable product workarounds if software changes are not practical. As a result, the ability to quickly become proficient using Wellsource's web-based software is essential. You will need high competency in multi-tasking capabilities, flexibility, attention to detail, strong people skills and great phone etiquette.  Excellent customer relations and communication skills are also imperative when interacting with clients to ensure they have a good relationship with Wellsource.
