Accounts Payable/Office Assistant

The Accounts Payable/Receptionist is responsible for full cycle accounts payable including inputting invoices, researching open purchase orders and discrepancies, weekly check runs, vendor reconciliations, maintain vendor files, 1099's, maintain credit card process, other office duties. This position will also be the backup for payroll processing, confidentiality is a must.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma or GED

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience preferred

• Experience working with Sage 100 and Paycor a plus

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to work

• Pass a pre-employment drug test
