Accounts Payable Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 3-5 AP Specialists in the timely execution and accurate processing of invoices, payments, vendor statement reconciliations, and related reporting.

• Ensure responses to vendor / business partner inquiries are consistently done in a timely and professional manner.

• Perform weekly check runs.

• Assist in executing the annual 1099 processing and support audit requests as needed.

• Enforces established policies and procedures for accounts payable function.

• Performs other duties as required.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• 2-3 years' experience with high volume accounts payable with at least 1 year in a Supervisory role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• General experience with invoice accounting software required. Experience with large ERP or Jonas is a plus.

• Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions.

• Excellent supervisory and analytical skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook

• Ability to motivate staff.
