Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Description Job Description Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor to join our client in Exton, PA This role involves maintaining accurate records of payments, optimizing department processes, and fostering relationships within and outside the organization. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers $55,000-$65,000/year Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the onboarding and maintenance of subcontractor profiles in the vendor management platform. Manage the entry, approval, and payment processing of subcontractor invoices. Handle facility-related payables and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors, employees, and auto withdrawals.

Prepare monthly reconciliations for prepaid and accrual accounts. Support external audits and tax processes, including year-end 1099 information processing. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, addressing and escalating issues as necessary.

Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation within the department. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. In-depth understanding of accounting principles, management practices, and accounts payable procedures.

Proficiency with computer software, business solutions, and bookkeeping systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues. A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Strong commitment to integrity, adherence to company standards and procedures, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
