Accounts Payable

Hunter Hamilton is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to start right away with a company in Fridley, MN! This is a temporary-to-hire role with a company in the manufacturing industry. Candidates eager for a career opportunity are encouraged to apply!

• Entering invoices and daily entering of key financial data into the system

• Updating accounts

• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

• Research account issues in the system

• Keep financial records updated, prepare reports and utilize accounting software programs

Hours: Regular Business Hours, in office full time

Pay: $24-27/hr (depending on years of experience)

Temporary-to-Hire

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience

• Ability to catch on quickly

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting Software
