Job Description Job Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Burlington, New Jersey. In this role, you will be performing critical accounting functions within an industry that requires a keen attention to detail and high degree of organization. Responsibilities: • Coding, matching, and batching of invoices to ensure accurate account records. • Utilizing accounting software systems to automate and streamline processes. • Implementing the ADP - Financial Services tools for effective financial management. • Managing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure smooth business operations. • Overseeing the Accounts Payable (AP) process to maintain financial integrity. • Engaging in accrual accounting practices to accurately reflect the company's financial status. • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with established guidelines and procedures • Leveraging Concur software for seamless expense management and reporting. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar • Proficiency in account coding • Knowledge and experience in using accounting software systems • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services • Solid understanding of basic accounting functions • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures • Knowledge of accrual accounting • Ability to perform auditing tasks
