This role provides an opportunity to do a few other accounting tasks along with the accounts payable tasks.

Pay starting at $18.50 per hour or more depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• All tasks associated with accounts payable.

• File sales tax returns.

• Reconcile bank statements.

• Help answer the phone.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates should possess:

• Accounts Payable experience.

• The ability to navigate efficiently in Microsoft programs such as Windows File Explorer, Word and Outlook.

• Proficiency in Excel.

• A positive upbeat attitude.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• The ability to work effectively with both employees and vendors.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities to meet deadlines.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to use scanner and copier efficiently.

• Willingness to help others.
