Account Coordinator Position Summary:
The role of Account Coordinator is to ensure that vendor payments and customer invoicing is managed accurately and timely, being the conduit of communication between the plastics account executives and the manufacturing team.
Responsible for the review and processing of all plant receivers for business unit vendor accounts, and the oversight of receivers processed by other PADNOS locations for business unit vendors.
Responsible for the review and processing of all plant shipments for business unit customer accounts, and for the oversight of shipments by other PADNOS locations for business unit customers.
Responsible for the entry and updating of business unit vendor and customer orders (aka contracts).
Manage the updating of pricing for business unit vendors and customers.
Weekly preparation of report that allows business unit account executives to review scheduled vendor payments.
Daily preparation of report that allows business unit account executives to review scheduled customer invoices.
Work with business unit admin support Team Members to assist with any questions or issues they may have.
Cross train with other Team Members of the business unit admin department to assist with coverage, where needed.
Other duties as necessary to assist the services business unit.
Account Coordinator Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related degree strongly preferred
Experience in an administrative support role preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service oriented
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Able to work independently
