The Accounts Payable Specialist is a full-time accounting position responsible for processing invoices and overseeing various tasks in the department. NOTE: This is not a remote position. Qualified candidates must live within commuting distance of Naples, Florida.

Benefits: • Competitive Pay ($26–$30 per hour) • Paid Holidays & PTO • Medical and Dental Insurance • Life Insurance (Company-Paid) • 401K with company contribution match • Career Advancement Opportunities Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 3–5 years accounts payable or general accounting experience General ledger coding experience and working knowledge of general accounting procedures Concrete or construction industry experience preferred Duties & Responsibilities: Sort, enter, and interface invoices into company’s enterprise resource planning software (ERP), currently Viewpoint by Vista.

Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness; compare and reconcile against approved purchase orders. Monitor vendor account balances by reconciling statements on a regular basis. Maintain vendor files, including correspondence, pay-to information, contact information, W-9s and certificates of insurance.

Complete credit applications and set up new vendors. Respond to vendor inquiries on a timely basis, either by email or phone. Adhere to monthly closing schedule and meet all assigned deadlines.

Maintain and order office and kitchen supplies for the accounting department and other clerical tasks as assigned, including activating credit cards for staff, monitoring the company’s Positive Pay systems, etc. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Disposition Proficient in Microsoft 365 Proficient in data entry Experience with Vista by Viewpoint preferred Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently without supervision and as part of a team Ability to work efficiently, both collaboratively and independently; self-motivated Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, or stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time Quality Enterprises USA, Inc.
