Your duties will include: * Processing invoices accurately and efficiently * Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies * Ensuring timely payments to vendors * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions * Collaborating with internal departments to resolve invoice issues * Assisting with month-end closing processes * Maintains electronic files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, following company policy and accepted accounting practices. * Review all appropriate documentation and approvals prior to payment. * Reconciles vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies, and responds to all vendor inquiries. * Assists with 1099 maintenance. * Assisting with month-end closing processes * Understanding of purchase order 3 way matching process preferred * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks without losing focus * Superior customer service skillsQualifications:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:*
