Bergen County, NJ LHH Recruitment Solutions LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join a dynamic team in Bergen County, NJ . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a temp-to-perm or temporary position with potential for long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in accounts payable processing. Key Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports in a timely and accurate manner. Review and verify the accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests. Prepare and process payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers). Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all accounts payable documentation. Assist with month-end closing and the preparation of reports.

Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and discrepancies. Assist with other accounting duties as needed. Qualifications: 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.

Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Experience with month-end closing and reconciliations is a plus. Benefits (for temp-to-perm roles): Competitive hourly rate.
