Job Description Job Description Accounts Payable 1 The Accounts Payable 1 position fulfills activities associated with monthly check disbursements for assigned clients following company policy, regulatory requirements, and client needs. Print monthly client check disbursements.

Maintains accurate counts on check stock and logbooks. Coordinates obtaining proper approvals for all invoices. Coordinates mailing checks for proper signature if required.

Assists in the preparation of daily shipments of checks requiring signatures. Creates and maintains accounts payable electronic files. Performs various clerical duties such as scanning and research.

Provides wire and ACH processing. Prepares self-paid premiums for assigned clients. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1 – 2 years full cycle accounts payable with coding experience. Solid written, verbal, and presentation skills. Service-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office tools and applications. Experience working in an accounting role.

Experience working with accounting programs and providing services for multiple companies or employers simultaneously.
