This position is an onsite role based out of our Walnut Creek, CA Office

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you provide critical support to the Property Accounting team as you are responsible for reviewing all invoices and documentation, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and review for any exceptions, research and correct any discrepancies. You work within defined processes, yet you are always looking for ways to find efficiencies and produce detail-oriented work.

In this role, you will

• You take a positive, customer-centric approach with everyone you work with.

• You ensure that all invoices are paid correctly and in a timely manner.

• You communicate and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive accounts payable or accounting experience.

• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.

• Great communication and customer service skills

• Experience with Yardi or other accounting software.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Approximate hourly Range for this Role: $19.00 - $27.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
