100% On-site, Full TimePay- $27-30/hr. DOEDirect HireJob Summary of the Accounts Payable Specialist position
Integr8staff seeks an experienced and Accounts Payable Specialist with high-volume invoice processing, Yadi software and exceptional administrative skills to support an Accounts Payable (AP) department and assist with front office duties near Anaheim, CA.Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist positionRun all accounts payable activities through Yardi software

Credit Card reconciliation, deposits, generate receipts, in Yardi software
Input and process high volume of invoices, up to 100 per week
Review accounting documents for correctness.
Contact vendors regarding any issues.
Route accounting documents through Yardi system designating coding and paying entry.
Follow up on outstanding approvals.
Process weekly check runs and special check runs.
Handle daily accounts payable input and coding.
Input new vendors and obtains W-9s as needed.
Invite new vendors through system as required.
Notify non-compliant vendors as required.
Assist with the preparation of vendor contracts
Maintain contract and change order libraries
Maintain hard and digital files organized and archived properly
Cover front desk duties; answer phones, greet guests, distribute mail.
Prepare office and maintenance inventory, supply orders
Create vendor commitments and purchase ordersRequirements of the Accounts Payable Specialist position
5+ years in Real Estate or Property Management Accounting experience required

Yardi Software experience required
Strong Microsoft Suite experience is critical; Excel, Word, Office 365.
Adobe - full version skills is a must.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player is a must.
Ability to interact with vendors and guests both on the telephone and in person.
Excellent written communications to include grammar and spelling; verbal skills,
Strong attention to detail as well as discretion and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
