Accounts Payable Specialist

Pro is seeking an accounts payable lien coordinator to join a great team in the Buckhead area. Pay is between 22-23.5/hr and you will work a hybrid schedule (3 days in 2 from home). Please apply if you feel you meet the qualifications?

Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure that all necessary documentation, such as lien waivers, certificates of insurance, and payment applications, is included with each invoice. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain timely lien waivers and releases.

Track and monitor lien waiver deadlines to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Review and approve lien waivers for accuracy and completeness. Maintain a comprehensive system for tracking and storing lien waivers and releases.

Process payments to vendors and subcontractors in accordance with payment terms and company policies. Ensure that payments are processed on time to avoid potential lien filings. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

Address vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly. Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment schedules, lien waivers, and other relevant information. Identify and assess potential lien risks and implement measures to mitigate those risks.
