Salary range: $61,000- 92,400

The Accounts Payable Specialist position is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a drive to learn, the ability to manage competing priorities, a flexible attitude, an inquisitive nature and be self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standard accounts payable processing

• Weekly check and wire payments processing

• Daily bank deposit postings

• Monthly close responsibilities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations

• American Express credit card postings

• Accounts Payable audit support: Use Tax and SOX Compliance

• Manage year-end supplier tax reporting

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree preferred, 8+ years experience in a high volume Accounts Payable environment

• Direct job experience with Accounts Payable month end close and reconciliations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proactively manage workload and customer expectations

• Experience in a manufacturing finance environment

• Strong Excel and system skills

• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with both accounting and non-accounting professionals

• Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills

• MAS 200 or Dynamics AX experience a plus
