Accounts Payable

Our client located near Exton, PA, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a temporary-permanent basis!

This is a full time position; the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. The pay rate for this position is $17-18/hour. This position is temporary, but has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.


Responsibilities include:

-Receive batches from warehouse sites and ensure paperwork is correct

  • Enter high volume amount of batches into accounting software

  • Verify vendor and pricing information into system

  • Assist the account team with various administrative tasks

-fax and file invoices

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM


Qualified candidates will have at least two years of experience in an office setting supporting an accounting department and/or data entry experience in a fast paced environment.



-2+ years' experience working in an accounting capacity (accounts payable)

  • Attention to detail, ability to notice discrepancies and post information accurately

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Work independently and with little to no supervision
