Summary:The Requisition to Pay Process Analyst position will work directly with Requisition to Payment processes and procedures, and will drive improvement and efficiency within the RtP organization. This position will partner with all accounting personal and related functions including month end close, internal controls and compliance, ERP (SAP) implementations and quality assurance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design new centralized RtP processes/efficient reports to drive accountability and identify areas of improvement within the organization

  • Drive KPI development, deployment and monitoring

  • Update and ensure all standard operating procedures are relevant, accurate, and transferrable

  • Work directly with our sister hub in India to collaborate on key projects and trainings

  • Collaborate with General Ledger and Accounts Receivable teams to drive common PO structure setup and drive common structure

Job Requirements

  • Excellent Excel Skills - (Pivot Tables, Data Modeling, File creation, VBA [Macros] a plus)

  • Excellent strategic and problem-solving capabilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong time management skills

  • Good/Fair presentation skills

Education and Work Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • 0-2+ years of accounting/finance/PMI experience
