Job Description

Mercedes Benz/BMW of Fort Washington, a part of MileOne Autogroup, is now hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team!

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will provide support in maintaining accounting records with data entry, bookkeeping, and other general accounting functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.

• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; and recording entries.

• Compiles and sorts documents such as invoices and checks

• Prepares and maintains vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two to four years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred

• General knowledge of basic accounting functions

• Ability to balance and reconcile financial transactions

• Proficient in all Microsoft programs; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skills
