What You'll Do
This position is responsible for:
Leading projects and tasks within a specific "tower" of AP.
Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for a given area of AP.
Leading Process Optimization and Break/Fix projects, working with IT, Purchasing, and others.
Providing training and guidance on day-to-day operations.
Providing day-to-day supervision for a given area of AP.
Acting as the AP representative in meetings, projects, and presentations with others outside of Accounts Payable.
Leading training or other presentations with Cross Functional teams or outside parties (vendors).
Maintaining SOX compliance.
Participating in PLM reviews and goal setting for their staff with the AP Manager and Accounting Director.

5 years of public/private industry accounting experience
Knowledge of AP processes in a high volume, automotive environment
CPA or CA
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles
