The Accounts Payable Coordinator primarily transacts payments to vendors. This position is a prime backup to our AP & AR manager, and will be evaluated for eventual succession to management of the overall accounts payable function.
100% of the time: Accounts Payable data entry. Process payments to vendors. Update Vendor Master files in database. Code and process rental and lease car bills. Assist with recording wires. Assist with year-end 1099 reporting. Assist with audit requests. Filing.
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
3 years related experience with accounts payable transactions. Accounts receivable experience is a plus.
3 years experience with a well-known large ERP, such as SAP, Oracle, etc. is required. Experience with SAP, which is the Company's ERP a plus.
3 years data entry and 10 key by touch.
3 years experience using Microsoft Excel.

Travel is not required for this job.

This full-time, non-exempt position is located in Pleasanton, CA.
Relocation will not be considered for this position.
