Job Description

This exciting role includes a broad range of cross functional responsibilities supporting key Global Insights leaders. There is high level exposure to multiple Global Insights teams as well as the opportunity to build capabilities within multiple functions (Insights, Finance, & Procurement). The ideal candidate is a proactive, well-organized individual who pays close attention to detail and can handle multiple tasks at once.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage full cycle of invoicing process in SAP

  • Handling the team's Purchase Orders (POs) and provide visibility to those with open POs or discrepancies between PO amount and final invoice

  • Work closely with finance team to ensure proper cost center allocation

  • Connect directly with vendors for additional information

  • Global Insights administrative duties including calendar management, meeting planning and logistical support

  • Usage & Engagement tracking of Global Insights Sharepoint and Yammer collaboration tools

  • Ad hoc responsibilities to support the team

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Accounting certification, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.

  • 2+ years' work experience in Accounting/Finance processing purchase orders and invoices required.

  • Experience with accounting software, SAP systems experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Best possible attention to details

  • Comfortable with technology enablers

  • Strong communication skills: clear and effective communicating (verbal and written) with all stakeholders, across global markets

  • Highly collaborative: works well with others, and is able to identify and inform internal stakeholders, and vendors in order to deliver results; keeps others informed

  • Innovative: takes initiative to find ways to get better results, streamline processes, seeks and takes advantage of ideas, best practices and solutions
