OverviewAbout YouThe Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Noodles & Company Corporate-owned restaurant locations and Central Support Office expenses. Review invoices and approval thresholds before entering them into the accounting system. * Review vendor statements and address any vendor related questions or concerns as needed * Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with external vendors and corporate restaurant management teams. * Accounts Payable Management * Maintain and manage policies, procedures, and priorities of accounts payable. * Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with period-end entries and accruals. * Assist with 1099 processing. * Provide support to Accounts Payable and other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks or projects.* SOX Compliance: * Interface with auditors as required. * Maintain familiarity with current approval thresholds and matrix information to ensure compliance.What You Bring to the Team * Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in a publicly traded company or familiarity with SOX compliance. * Working knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and practices. * Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, while collaborating in a team environment. * Demonstrate Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy of information. * Proficient in Microsoft applications including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Office, as well as general accounting software. * Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL preferredApplication Deadline: We will be accepting applications for this position until 5/12/2024.
