Responsibilities

  • Enter invoices for Purchasing and SupportCenter departments.

  • Review Community groups for proper General Ledger coding and approval.

  • Audit expense reports for appropriate support.

  • Provide accounts payable customer service to Operations and SupportCenter personnel.

  • Research vendor inquires and troubleshoot Accounts Payable issues.

  • Process resident refunds and weekly utility wires.

  • Update vendor record for new additions and changes.

  • Process voids/stop payments requests and research unclaimed property.

  • Audit purchasing card spending in accordance with the company's purchasing policy.

  • Assist with 1099 annual filing requirement.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College credit hours or associates degree in related field is preferred.

  • Two or more years experience processing Accounts Payables in a relevant environment.

  • Experience with Peoplesoft Accounts Payable module is preferred.

  • Experience in process streamlining, improvement and internal controls.

  • Understanding of how detailed systems populate accounting records and financial data.

Responsibilities * Guides the creation of content for online social channels (blog, social platforms, white papers) and news outlets (digital and traditional) according to larger brand strategy * Creates news and features pieces to be published on blog and all social platforms * Writes 3-4 blog entries per month * Communicates with company thought leaders * Reviews and edits all social posts * Ensures representation of brand voice in all written, editorial pieces * Guides the creation and production of all video content * May perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Media/Communications degree. Advanced Degree preferred. * Project Management/PMP certification preferred. * Seven or more years of media or marketing experience in roles of progressive responsibility. * Experience in the following areas of current media/marketing: * Interactive/Online strategy and media campaign design and delivery * Search engine marketing (SEM) * Search engine optimization (SEO) * Rich media and online video creation * Content sponsorships * Mobile and text marketing * Viral and Blog marketing * Buzz marketing/reporting/coordination * Experience research and adjusting marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions. * Leadership/management experience including coaching and mentoring. * Must possess strong written, presentation, analytical, quantitative, and verbal skills. * Complete knowledge of all aspects of Digital Media, Search, SEO, SMM, Mobile, Facebook and Blogger Relations/Online PR, LinkedIn, GooglePlus, etc. * Solid understanding of interactive research tools such as Google Analytics and other tracking/reporting/development programs such as HTML, JavaScript, .net, etc. * Ability to effectively utilize and promote the newest in Web technologies such as blogs, Wikis, RSS and social bookmarking. * Keen understanding of how the digital medium is consumed and used by the general population * Extensive project management experience with the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects at the same time, meet real-time deadlines, set and achieve project budgets and control project quality * Confident multi-tasker, self-starter, team player, innovative problem-solver and must be able to manage multiple projects at once. Strong on big picture strategy and equal attention to execution * Creative and resourceful, works well under pressure and possesses strong communication skills * Must be well-versed and equally effective communicating with technical team members as well as non-technical audiences such as Finance, Accounting, Operations, etc. * Superior organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills.
