  • Process Invoices for payment

  • Index key-words to invoice within 48 hours/ Index a min. of 500 invoices per week

  • Perform three-way match between operations purchase order and vendor invoice

  • Process 20-25 invoice lines per hour

  • Identify and note reason an invoice cannot be processed; route to exceptions for resolution

  • Complete batch out process daily to verify and ensure work was done accurately

  • Reconcile vendor statements on a monthly basis

  • Help maintain SOX compliance to AP key controls/ Identify taxability and add use tax if applicable

  • Respond to phone calls and email within 48 hours

  • Work on special projects assigned by AP Management

  • Able to work well on computer type emails and 10 key

  • Experience in PeopleSoft, Coupa, Stratton Warren, ELKE, Onbase

  • Accounting background preferred

  • Inputting invoices and credit memos into the MMS system in an accurate and timely manner,taking advantage of any discounts

  • Starting rate of pay is $13.50/hour

  • Other duties as assigned

Accounts Payable Inventory Manager The purpose of this position is to maintain proper accounting procedures and controls over the payment of expenses and inventory. Ensure the safe guarding of cash assets through monitoring and enforcement of payment distribution policies; develop and monitor key performance indicators to ensure the department is performing in line with industry best practices. * Monitor controls in place to ensure safeguarding of assets * Develop and monitor key performance indicators ensuring processes are working correctly * Monitor staff performance and identify areas for coaching opportunities, including managing of employee morale, issues, performance appraisals and concerns * Conduct staff meetings at least monthly, manage time and labor * Evaluate the relationship of all systems and procedures used by the company when making decisions related to change or process improvement * Maintain a continuous improvement environment, ability to lead and complete projects * Maintain a controlled process environment, ensure timely completion of tasks, identify and mitigate risk in processes * Review monthly reconciliations. Maintain completion schedule and files for all reconciliations completed by the Accounts Payable Staff * Review journal entries prior to month end close each month * Ensure compliance with SOX by monitoring and reporting on key controls * Ensure professional, accurate and timely resolution of all issues from internal and external guests, including identification of issues needing to be escalated to the Director of Accounting * Maintain inventory systems and processes, ensuring accurate and auditable balances are held on the balance sheet * Other Duties as assigned Requirements: * Bachelors degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance * Minimum 5 years accounting or accounts payable experience * Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a high volume, fast paced environment preferred * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; proficient with a keyboard and 10 key; advanced excel skills * Strong attention to detail; excellent communication skills both written and oral; must be able to handle a fast paced, high stress environment * Peoplesoft, Coupa and Onbase experience preferred We offer a variety of career opportunities at our world-class resorts and corporate headquarters near Boulder, Colorado in fields like Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Public Affairs & Sustainability, Marketing, Sales & Communications and more.
