What You'll Do

Tasks:

• Set up and maintain account status with vendors and subcontractors

• Processing accounts payable invoices - 100+ per week

• Route invoices to project managers for invoice approval for job coding

• Review balance statements for invoice accuracy (credits and amounts) Troubleshoot calls from customer and vendor inquiries

• Provide backup assistance with accounts receivable

• Organize and maintain AP invoice and vendor files

• Maintain subcontractor COI and waivers

• Other related items as assigned

What You'll Bring

Requirements:

• Data entry: Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and other associated software

• Excellent computer skills

• Analytical problem solving

• Excellent written and oral communication; including spelling and grammar

• Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles

• Prior accounting/administrative experience a plus

• Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s)
