Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

This position will perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to the following:

• Invoice keying and account coding

• Resolving interface issues with electronic payment system

• Processing vendor payments

• Filing and organizing invoices and payments

• Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports

• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling statements

Qualifications:

• Prior accounts payable experience with computer/data entry skills

• Microsoft Office with emphasis on basic Excel

• Strong organizational skills

• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task

• Ability to maintain a high volume of transactions with speed and accuracy

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
