Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for an experienced candidate to fill the role of Accounts Payable Clerk. This role will support the needs of the homebuilding Accounting and Accounts Payable team.

Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for performing clerical accounts payable procedures requiring familiarity with invoices and technology required to code such invoices into the ERP. Perform customer-service related duties with end users throughout the company in relation to invoice payments and practices.

Archive and retrieval of documents on demand for audit purposes. Scrutinize and edit audit reports for accuracy of data entry into our ERP. Analyze AP related exceptions and resolve accordingly.

Education/Experience

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED), accounts payable and/or general business courses preferred, and two to three years of experience in an accounts payable related position. Proficiency in Excel and Word required. Accounts Payable Automation experience a plus.
