Guidewire, Inc is a Non-Profit Human Service Agency that provides residential, and day supports to adults with developmental disabilities through Hampden & Berkshire counties. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our Finance team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytic and communication skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities. This is a full-time in office, non-exempt position, reporting to the Director of Finance and working out of our Chicopee office. Core Job Responsibilities (Not all inclusive): Review and process attendance calendars for monthly billing. Billing includes multiple funding sources and multiple billing modalities. Maintain communication with funding source counterparts.

Maintain contract files and documentation. Maintain and reconcile all cash receipts. Ensure A/R Module and billing balance.

Maintain DTA food stamp eligibility. Process monthly EBT funding transfers and proper accounting of such. Maintain records and follow accounting protocol for Non-Representative Payee funds.

Communicate with guardians and representative payees for monthly charges for care and other reimbursements. Assure compliance with Funds Management Plans. Prepare bank transfer advices for the Finance Director.

Reconcile Organizational Representative Payee Bank Account Reconcile Asset and Liability General Ledger accounts. Assist and coordinate general accounting functions within the Finance Department Assist in the reconciliation of credit card purchases in our Expense Management Module. Assist with annual financial audit.
