Job Description:

Responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, or other organizations/individuals. Gathers purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets etc., and prepares payments.

Maintains all payment or other transaction records. Relies on pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.

Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. High school diploma or its equivalent required. Two to three years prior accounts payable experience required with healthcare experience preferred.

Assist in all endoscopy procedures including ERCP's and emergent GI procedures such as foreign body extraction and GI bleeders. Assist in all Pulmonary procedures such as Bronchoscopy and Thoracentesis. Assist with other minor procedures, such as eye cases and apligrafs, under the supervision of the RN or physician. Provide and maintain a safe environment for the patient and staff by complying with regulatory agency requirements and standards set forth by professional organizations and employers. Performs all other duties and responsibilities as necessary. High School Diploma or equivalent.
