ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE
TEMP to HIRE
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday - hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Lunch Hour: 11:45 AM - 12:45 PM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Timely review and processing of vendors/subcontractors' invoices
Input AP and accounting data in the system for payment
Accurate allocation of all expenses as directed in our accounting system.
Filling and maintaining Subcontractors' agreements in the system.
Responsible for the upkeep of the Insurance documents for all vendors
Maintain an effective filing system for all jobs related documents.
Process and file 1099s annually
Process and reconcile daily bank deposits and work with the AR specialist to resolve any issues with the payments.
Timely and competently performs tasks of whatever nature as assigned by management.
Audit compliance or clerical paperwork as assigned.
Responsible for receiving visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; determine visitor needs and directs them accordingly.
Other Administrative duties as assigned by management.
Skill Requirements:
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Intermediate to Advance in Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to quickly learn other software programs is a must.
Effective communication skills and polished email abilities
Ability to maintain files with great attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills
Strong ability to multitask.
