This Accounts Payable Clerk opportunity will be located in the Baltimore, Maryland area and will be a long term temporary position. Your responsibilities in this role

  • Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail

  • Complete full-cycle A/P - Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners

  • Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling

  • Assist with internal and external audits as needed

  • Carry out additional projects as required

  • Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department

  • Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed

  • Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents

Requirements

  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

  • Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

  • Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

  • Spreadsheet and database capabilities

  • Payroll experience

  • AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred Please apply to
