Accounts Payable Clerk

We are currently seeking candidates to serve as Accounts Payable Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time onsite position located in located in SW Portland, offering a variety of responsibilities and future opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and posting vendor invoices.

• Reconciling internal purchase orders.

• Facilitating vendor payments via check, ACH and credit cards.

• Provide support and cross-train with other areas in department, including Accounts Receivable.

• Communicate and interact regularly with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred and required qualifications:

• Degree or Certificate required, preferably in Accounting or similar discipline.

• 2 years Accounting experience preferred.

• Strong math ability, keen eye for details, and proven organizational skills.

• Familiarity with Accounting software, and strong proficiency in MS Excel.

• Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate within a team environment.

• Proven written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with Great Plains Dynamics is a plus.
