Position: Accounts Payable Associate

Responsibilities and Expectations
Perform Accounts Payable (A/P) procedures for Equity Bank; SA Holdings, Inc.; Equity Bancshares, Inc. and any new subsidiaries.
Obtain invoices and other requests for payment via phone, email or fax, review invoices and other payment requests for accuracy, determine appropriate company/department to assign the cost, and coordinate obtaining appropriate payment approvals and vendor documentation;
Enter invoices into the A/P system;
Verify print checks, obtain appropriate signatures and prepare for mailing to vendors;
Maintain files of paid invoices;
Maintain schedule of departments, branch addresses, and approving managers;
Coordinate payment of and proper recording of charges made to corporate credit cards accounts and Bank provided credit cards.
Maintain list of employees with Bank provided credit cards, their position title, and approving supervisor.
Distribute Bank provided credit card statements monthly and coordinate obtaining expense reports, other support and appropriate approvals for charges.
Maintain files of expense reports and receipts.
Perform other tasks and duties as might arise from time to time in the business of the finance department, including but not limited to:
Assist with gathering documentation for external and internal auditors and examiners.
Be responsible for understanding and following all applicable laws, regulations, and policies including but not limited to Equity Bank Business Ethic and Conduct policy, Bank Secrecy Act, Information Security Policy, and Suspicious Activity reporting requirements.
Required Skills & Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
Experience with accounts payable processing preferred

Physical Requirements
