Accounts Payable (Ap) Accountant

Position Title: Accounts Payable Accountant (Clerk or Specialist level)

Assignment Duration: 6-9 months; could be extended (or converted) based on performance and business needs

Start Date: ASAP, after screening requirements have been met.

Pay Rate: Commensurate to experience

Location: 824 12th Avenue, Bethlehem, PA 18018

Schedule: Hybrid in office, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm M-F

Overview:

Our team is seeking 2 employees to join the AP team. Our group was working on a large-scale project, and because of this, there is a high-volume of invoices that need to be caught up on.

Duties:

• Receiving/Answering e-mails
• Verifying, Scanning, and Posting Invoices
• Using the MS Office Suite & SAP to complete necessary AP tasks
