Motili is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Accounts Payable Analyst role in our Denver, CO. The Accounting Specialist for Motili will occupy a role within the company's accounting department. The position reports to the Controller. Responsibilities

Role Overview:

  • Reconcile Distributor invoices against Motili Platform and researches discrepancies

  • Enter Distributor invoices through our accounting system (Intacct ERP)

  • Enter Cash Receipts daily

  • Process AP adjustments on Equipment Returns from Customers

  • Other ad hoc responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years' experience in a accounts payable role

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

VIEW JOBS 12/6/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-06T00:00 Job Summary Under general supervision, supervises the accounts payable function for Denver Health Hospital Authority (DHHA) including Denver Health Medical Plant (DHMP) and DH Medicaid Choice. Interfaces with staff, Controller's Office, vendors, DHHA Purchasing to ensure efficient operations. Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, and 1099 production/reporting. Work as team member on any upgrades to systems or new initiatives that involve accounts payable interface. Obtain vendor discounts, maintain adequate system of internal controls, and adequate audit documentation of purchases. Maximizes efficiency through LEAN processes. Minimum Qualifications Education 1. Associate's degree required. 2. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience 1. Three years Accounts Payable experience required. 2. In lieu of an Associate's degree six years Accounts Payable experience required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1. Knowledge of the three way match process between AP, Purchasing and receiving. 2. Knowledge of hospital purchases and vendors. 3. Excellent written and verbal skills. 4. Ability to multi-task. 5. Problem solving skills. Computers and Technology 1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. 2. Knowledge of Lawson, Image express, and MHC preferred.
