Reconcile Distributor invoices against Motili Platform and researches discrepancies
Enter Distributor invoices through our accounting system (Intacct ERP)
Enter Cash Receipts daily
Process AP adjustments on Equipment Returns from Customers
Other ad hoc responsibilities
5+ Years' experience in a accounts payable role
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
