Summary/Objective
The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Shared Services Group on a range of general accounting tasks. This role will be primarily responsible for all accounting work associated with processing vendor invoices.
Duties and Responsibilities:

3-way match, batch and code invoices in single system.
Ensure proper internal controls by gaining appropriate approvals for transactions.
Reconcile vendor statements and respond timely to vendor inquiries.
Resolving accounts payable issues with vendors.
Respond timely to all audit document requests.
Build relationships with vendors, plants, accountants and leadership team.
Contribute to the positive Lippert Culture.
Assist in the discovery, testing and implementation of technology changes.
Assists in the maintenance of training manuals.
Additional functions may be assigned as needed.
Working Conditions:
Primarily working indoors, office environment.
May sit for several hours at a time.
Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and overnight work is occasionally required.

Manufacturing/industry experience.
Management/leadership experience.
Accounts payable experience.
D365 Finance and Operations is a plus but not required.
