Direct Hire Pay: $25-30/hour 3 years of AP Construction experience Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Administrator to join our team in Tustin, CA. This fully onsite role is responsible for managing the end-to-end AP process, ensuring accurate invoice processing, vendor communication, and timely payments.

The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, experience with cross-platform integrations, and a solid understanding of PO and progress billing. Key Responsibilities: Enter and process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.

Review and correct invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. Manage purchase orders (PO) and progress billing to align with company policies. Handle Liens and vendor releases Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain effective communication with vendors to address inquiries and payment issues. Cut checks and process vendor payments in a timely manner. Work with multiple systems to integrate AP processes across platforms.

Ensure proper vendor releases and compliance with company financial policies. Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and AP reconciliations. Identify and resolve AP-related issues to maintain smooth financial operations.

Qualifications: 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related role. Strong understanding of PO and progress billing processes. Proficiency in Excel and experience with AP software.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate with vendors and internal teams. Experience with cross-platform integrations in AP is a plus.
