None * Location: Mechanicsburg Branch * Exemption Status: Non-Exempt * Job OutlineResponsible for reviewing, reconciling, posting and posting the Company's bills in a timely fashion. * Duties*Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions * Prepares invoices with proper coding of account, branch and department * Receive, sort, scan, file and enter supplier invoices daily * Assist with reconciling month statements * Email, photocopy, scan, fax and file documents * Assist with answering phones * And, all other duties as assignedJob RequisitesThe individual in this position should be personable and a problem-solver. This individual needs to be able to adapt to, and work with, all of the forces around him/her co-workers, management, suppliers, etc. * Skill Requisites* 3+ years of experience processing accounts payable for a medium to large organization * Proficient computer and data entry skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. * Exceptional time management and organizational skills * Proven ability to set and meet deadlines * Proven ability to multi-task while maintaining high level of accuracy * Excellent critical thinking & problem solving skillsQualifications
