Sante is seeking a Hybrid Full-Time Accounts Payable Accountant to join our finance team! As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will be responsible for the entire accounts payable cycle. We are seeking someone who enjoys multi-tasking, has a high attention to detail, and can operate well in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Code and verify accounting expense line items on invoices and check requests for vendors assigned

• Obtain appropriate approvals for payments, track outstanding items, code all cash receipts, verify receipts prior to payment, and research payment issues as necessary

• Record invoices and check requests into the Accounts Payable system

• Process payments and prepare manual checks for mailing or distribution to external and internal customers as necessary

• Prepare and file prior year voucher files for archive storage after audits

• Respond to all vendor inquiries within a timely manner

• Record journal entries into the general ledger module including cash receipts

What Youll Get:

• Salary Range: $53,000-$58,000 per year commensurate with experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two (2) of related experience- 3 years preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree with a concentration in accounting or other finance related field
