What's the Role?

We're looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to work with our Accounts Payable team.

Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annual pay

Responsibilities Can Include

• Full Cycle Accounts Payable

• Vendor Reconciliation

• Post journal entries and cash receipts

• Check Requisition

• Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts

• Analyze expense accounts

• Ensure accounting tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Identify issues and follow through its resolution

• Assist with new transactions to ensure proper application of US GAAP and industry reporting requirements

• Research and resolve day-to-day financial reporting issues

• Responsible for various monthly close activities

• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications

• General accounting experience

• College degree in Accounting or related fields

• Advanced Excel and Word skills

• Strong analytical and accounting skills

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork skills

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines/assignments

• Personal motivation and a sense of ownership

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
