Accounts Assistant - Part time 16 hrs per week
We are looking for an accounts assistance to provide administrative support to our Accounts department, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handing mail and basic bookkeeping.
You will work directly for the Site Operations Manager helping to maintain the office. As well as helping the manager, you will also deal with customers and external agencies.
Other duties and responsibilities include:
Working with Sage 200/Microsoft NAV.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Sorting out incoming and outgoing post and answering any queries.
Managing petty cash transactions.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
You must be educated to 5 GCSE equivalent grade C or above including Maths and English. Knowledge of Sage 200 or Microsoft NAV preferable.
