We are CODA. We are a not-for-profit, research-focused behavioral health agency and the oldest opioid-addiction treatment facility in Oregon. We are currently looking for an Accounting/Payroll Specialist (full-time) to join our administrative team at Portland Recovery Center.

In this position, you would fulfill the following essential functions:

  • Process and pay vendor invoices, reconcile vendor statements

  • Monitor timecards and prepares payroll for processing

  • Monthly report preparation and journal entries as need for payroll and accounts payable

  • Assist with Quality Assurance and internal audits

The following qualifications and experience are important for the success in this position:

  • A high school diploma.

  • Ability to utilize UltiPro software.

  • At least 3 years experience in bookkeeping, computerized accounting systems, including payroll and accounts payable.

  • Proficient at 10-key and data entry.

As an Ammunition Stock Control and Accounting Specialist for the Army National Guard, it will be your responsibility to manage munition inventory, and perform accounting procedures for ammunition, explosives, and associated explosive components. Your duties as an Ammunition Stock Control and Accounting Specialist may include: performing ammunition supply stock control and accounting duties using both automated and manual procedures, and maintaining hardware and software systems, and the manual records required to successfully perform stock control and accounting procedures for ammunition and explosives.
