We are currently looking for an Accounting/Payroll Specialist (full-time) to join our administrative team at Portland Recovery Center.
In this position, you would fulfill the following essential functions:
Process and pay vendor invoices, reconcile vendor statements
Monitor timecards and prepares payroll for processing
Monthly report preparation and journal entries as need for payroll and accounts payable
Assist with Quality Assurance and internal audits

The following qualifications and experience are important for the success in this position:
A high school diploma.
Ability to utilize UltiPro software.
At least 3 years experience in bookkeeping, computerized accounting systems, including payroll and accounts payable.
Proficient at 10-key and data entry.
