The Account Specialist is tasked with managing budgets, optimizing assets, meeting financial goals, and keeping our finances in check. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day and long-term finances, as well as with making sure everything is up-to-date and on track.

What makes a great Account Specialist?

  • 21 years of age

  • The ability to interact with managers in a professional manner to resolve issues

  • Proficiency in 10-key and advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Willing to work weekends and holidays

  • Attention to detail, strong organizational ability; ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions, while adhering to weekly/monthly deadlines

  • Ability to work with little supervision

  • Have strong communication skills, both orally and in writing

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

  • Entering and processing all invoices according to established best practices.

  • Matching Weekly Cost of Sales report from Oracle to Crunchtime.

  • Perform detailed Operations reviews for fraud and exception reporting.

  • Excel report update and tracking.

  • Tracking and facilitating Security Guards payments.

  • Reviewing vendor statements for completeness against invoices received and close process.

  • Assisting with inventory process as needed.

  • Providing support with payroll and onboarding.

  • Accounts Receivable follow-up and invoicing.

  • Facilitating bank deposit as needed.

  • Maintaining certification tracking (alcohol service, ropes course, etc.).

You will interact daily with large client accounts in the healthcare space supporting their printing needs. As requests comes through you will ensure accuracy, reconcile and correct errors prior to going into production. Principal work activity may include, response to client inquires and research of client issues relating to production, quality, delivery schedules, and production specifications. You will also, provide information to other departments that is needed to resolve client problems; diagnose and define issues; develop positive relationships with clients by expediting complaint resolutions. You will make recommendations to resolve critical issues and error trends or other recurring issues; keep clients apprised and notified relating to work status; provide reports and activity logs for management review. You will maintain inventory and execute ordering supplies. Ongoing performance of multi-tasks requires focused concentration for extended time periods to handle projects to meet client requirements. Satisfactory performance requires extensive motivation and dedication to assigned clients and highly developed client service skills and excellent knowledge of client service technology and methodology. Responsible for submitting complete, accurate, understandable reports to supervisor on a regularly scheduled basis. Considerable knowledge of company products and services is important for providing effective service to clients. At this level, problem solving is expected and frequent and requires analysis and evaluation to resolve issues. You can expect to: * Regularly works with confidential client information requiring care to protect. * Work from oral or written instructions and a variety of complex job specifications, customer service forms, literature, and business documents --- all in English. * Adhere to all policies, procedures, and work rule guidelines. Basic Qualifications for Consideration: * High School Diploma or GED * 5 years of customer service experience required. * 1 year of print industry * Project coordination experience * ability to work weekends during peak season * Requires good organizational skills, ability to multi-task and maintain an even-handed approach with clients and internal contacts, while working with continually changing tasks in a dynamic environment. * Excellent PC skills with detailed use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Preferred Qualifications for Consideration: * Bachelors' Degree * Deep understanding of industry technology and methodology. * Travel required: 10% Learn more about us.
