Work with agents, agency staff, and banks on the phone, e-mail and chat to resolve variance between payments posted through agency locations and deposits made by agencies to Agent Group Banking (AGB) accounts or premium fund (PFA) accounts on a daily basis. PFA agent accounts may require balancing, or reconciling, to determine reason bounced sweeps. The position would also require reviewing PFA agent bank statements to determine reimbursement of bank fees.
Provide assistance with miscellaneous request/inquiries. Reconcile out of balances by debiting or crediting customer policies, processing write-offs, issuing disbursements, requesting corrections from banks, etc.
Critical thinking, strong analytical and investigative skills
Strong math skills and general accounting principles knowledge
Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Complete necessary tasks to secure success of each and every call
Intermediate knowledge of the U.S. banking industry
Typing and 10-key skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
Ability to work within multiple systems and manage phone calls simultaneously
2+ years call center experience
5+ years customer service experience
High school diploma
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
