Position is onsite in our Corporate office on Stadium Blvd in Jonesboro Position is FULL TIME

• Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (non-negotiable) Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, IRA, Paid time off This position handles several key responsibilities including internal accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and some general ledger. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to: All Accounting Aspects and all data entry for 2 retail locations All aspects of Accounts Receivable --- Record AR and maintain documentation --- Generate & send monthly AR customer account statements --- Balance POS Deposits to Accounting Software --- Post AR Payments to customer accounts --- Balance Month End --- Bank Deposits All Aspects of Accounts Payable --- Process AP and maintain documentation --- Reconcile purchase orders to invoices --- Enter, code, and pay invoices --- Post and distribute all payables for Owner's approval --- Manage and reconcile bankcard statements Other Accounting Aspects --- Journal Entries --- Balance Accounts --- Check Accounts for errors --- Reconcile bank statements --- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, & Yearly reports for Accountants Work with owners and other employees Work with our Financial Accountant and their firm Other general data entry

Requirements

3+ years Job related Accounts Payable and Receivable experience required Proficiency in computer systems and accounting software Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good organizational, time management and multitasking abilities Experience in Sage Software is a plus. Experience in retail sales is preferred. Must be able to read, write, and fluently speak and understand English High school diploma or general education degree (GED) $16-$19
