Accounting Software Implementation Specialist

What We Are Looking For:

Excellent opportunity to become a Accounting Software Implementation Specialist for a company that is a third party authorized software development partner for MIP Fund Accounting Software.

The MIP Fund Accounting modules are specifically designed for the Nonprofit sector to help streamline daily tasks using automated workflows and ensure a seamless integration with the MIP Fund Accounting® software.

Compensation And Benefits:

• $60,000 - $65,000 yearly salary

• 100% on location/in office

• 401K (4% match)

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with the conversion and implementation process of the MIP Fund Accounting software

• Implement MIP Fund Accounting Software and fit it to the needs of the client

• Document custom instructions and procedures for each client (“How To's”)

• Provide end-user training to client's staff via telephone, webinars, onsite training and select client visits

• Create and Update Knowledge Base articles

• Establish and maintain client satisfaction through the successful completion of the implementation and training process

• Learn all company accounting software modules including Purchase Order, Inventory, Timesheet, and Budget

• Assist with support calls

What Qualifications We Require

• Strong accounting background (3-5 years)

• Interest in implementing and training on the fund accounting software

• 2-3 years of experience as a fund accountant

• Specific MIP Fund Accounting experience is a plus (preferably 3+ years)

• Experience with accounting fundamentals and Inventory valuation
