Accounting Services Manager

Loparex LLC is the world's largest manufacturer of extrusion base and silicone coated release liners for the converting industry, with manufacturing operations throughout the U.S., Europe, China, and India.

We are seeking a dynamic Accounting Services Manager to join our team!

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regional Responsibility for the Americas: Manage Accounting Services team, oversee cash management & reconciliation, banking, intercompany accounting, sales & use taxes, property taxes, treasury management, purchasing card administration, GR/IR reconciliation. Strong focus on accounts payable processes.

• Global Responsibility: Owner of vendor invoice management (VIM) system and processes; Concur travel and entertainment system administration

• Assist with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit

• Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements

• Prepare, review, and analyze account reconciliation in areas of responsibility to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested

• Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end

JOB SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or 10+ years of comparable relevant experience. CPA or MBA preferred.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization

• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• SAP experience strongly preferred.
