POSITION SUMMARY: The staff will be primarily responsible for vendor payable, trust payable and accounts receivable.
This position is a hourly, non-exempt, full-time position.
This position is located at ABD's office in San Mateo.
This position reports to the Accounting Manager.
ESSENTIAL TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following to develop solutions that fit client needs, challenges and goals. Others may be assigned.
Post and Deposit Accounts Receivables checks and ACH/Wire
Responsible for full cycle Operating Accounts Payable, including review, coding vendor invoices, obtaining appropriate documentation and approval prior to
Prepare and perform daily/weekly check runs.
Respond to vendor inquiries.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Create new vendors in AMS and update W9 forms.
Assist for annual Form 1099 filings.
Process Premium Finance Agreement, collect down payments, and update finance log.
Balance and update VAS file
Handle incoming/outgoing Accounting mails.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
