Job description:

The Accounting Operations Assistant Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of customer-based payments, reporting and financial activity and high level analytical support to sales, finance and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Validate and prepare payment packages based on data provided by sales.

• Ensure supporting documentation is compliant with PBNA internal policy.

• Generate Star2 sales reports to analyze account performance.

• Prepare and process journal entries.

• Prepare bottler, JV and allied billings.

• Approve purchase orders and credit memos.

• Perform period and year end close tasks.

• Monitor year end accruals for risk/opportunities to budget.

• Perform quarterly forecast v actuals analysis.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,000 - $110,550 based on a full-time schedule.

• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes

• Ability to function well in a team environment

• Strong communication skills to manage information gathering requests

• Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner

• Ability to handle multiple priorities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various software applications

Education & Experience:

• 1-3 Years' job-related experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
